Mindfulness

HOW USING Mindfulness TECHNIQUES WILL HELP YOU

Mindfulness is simply about ‘being’. Being there, in that moment, doing what you are doing almost to the exclusion of everything going on around you

When you learn to Just BE, everything has it’s time, it’s place, it’s purpose and you will find you live a more fulfilled, happier life because you experience every moment for its own joy.

Mindfulness is ‘a basic and inate human ability to remain self-aware at a physical and mental level, and remain detached from what we are experiencing at these different levels’

There are so many benefits from being able to practice mindfulness, especially the ability to re-calibrate yourself at a psychological level. It allows us to remain non judgemental and non reactive, helps our ability to focus and take events on their own merit

If you can learn the techniques to even take 20 minutes out of your day to practice mindfulness techniques, it will bring you focus, tranquillity, and allow motivation, enthusiasm and creativity possibilities to come to fruition

The benefits of being able to respond from a place of mindfulness, and not react from a place of chaotic turmoil cannot be expressed enough.

We are all seeking to be our best self; we need self care and self love. And self love is the only love that will do.

The Maori word for LOVE is AROHA; ARO - to focus, HA - to breathe.

What Mindfulness teaches us is that being your authentic self is healthy, anything else is self harm. That true authenticity comes from alignment. When all pieces of the body and mind come together, it’s that ‘I’m Home’ moment.

In a nutshell, Mindfulness is putting oneself in the centre and showing oneself respect, love, value, care whilst being aware of ones values and beliefs and accepting who you truly are.
